Healthier Vending NW provides, stocks and services vending machines to local businesses and community organizations from Seattle to Bellingham and everywhere in between.
We are locally-owned and family-run. Our goal is to change the way companies think of vending by providing quality machines, healthier product choices, excellent customer service and giving back to the communities we serve with our community donation program.
Our services are personalized to fit the needs of your business, starting with selecting the right vending machines for your location, procuring the right product mix and servicing and stocking the machines as often as needed so you are never out of your employee and customer favorites. Customer service and your business’ needs are our top priorities.
We carry a wide variety of healthy snacks and beverages as well as the classics to meet the needs and wants of your employees and customers, always keeping in mind great taste, affordability and convenience. And if you have special requests or needs, we’ll do everything we can to not only meet them but to exceed them.

Do you require a contract?
No, we do not require a contract. There is a formal agreement that acknowledges that we installed our machine on your premises and do ask for 60 days’ notice if you would like the machine removed for any reason. We will also provide you with 60 days’ notice if we choose to remove the machine.
What is the cost of the machine?
There is no cost to your company. The machine is provided free of charge.
How long does the process take?
Once we have determined that your business would qualify for a free healthy vending machine, we will meet to discuss specifics such as machine location, product requests and more. We will develop a customized product mix to fit your business and staff needs. Once agreed upon, we can usually have a machine delivered and fully stocked within 2-3 weeks.
How often do you service the machines?
Generally, machines are serviced weekly, though often machines require servicing more frequently due to high demand. All our machines are remotely monitored and alert us when product levels are running low. We adjust our service schedule accordingly, if needed, so you are never out of your staffs’ favorites.
How does a business qualify for a healthy vending machine?
We ask that the business has foot traffic of a minimum of 100 people a day, a minimum of five days a week. If your business also has traditional vending machines and plans to keep them and have our healthy vending machine alongside, the minimum foot traffic is 150. Your business must have a good, easy access location for the machine(s) with available electric outlet(s).
